What should I do if my parcel wasn't collected on the arranged date?

Usually, your return order will be collected one week from the day on which you requested the pickup service. If your parcel isn't picked up as planned, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team who's happy to assist you in arranging another date for collection.

If you don't want to wait for the next pickup service, you can simply drop your parcel off at your local Hermes ParcelShop. There's no need to print out a new return label. Enter your postcode into the Hermes ParcelShop finder to locate the nearest drop-off point. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll process your refund and send you a confirmation email.
