How should I proceed if I receive a damaged parcel?

If your package has arrived damaged, please send us a brief description of the damage and 3 to 5 photos clearly showing the damaged parcel and its contents to service@zalando-lounge.co.uk. Additionally, we'll need a list of the missing items. Your email, including the photographs attached, shouldn't be bigger than 25 MB, otherwise it can't be delivered. Feel free to send us multiple emails if necessary. We recommend that you use the JPEG format for the images.
