Is it possible to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed?

Once you have finalised and confirmed your order, we will not be able to make changes to the order – this includes the delivery option, delivery address, payment method and product sizes.

For a limited time after your order has been placed and before it is processed at our warehouse, you will be able to cancel the order in your account.

Please check to make sure your address is correct. If there are any necessary changes to be made, please change them in your user account before placing an order with us.
