How can I delete my account?

If you decide to delete your user account, please email our customer service department at service@zalando-lounge.co.uk using the email address you provided when registering.

Please note that if your Zalando Lounge account is deleted, it will also be deleted in our associated services such as Zalando or Zalon.

If you have moved to another country, you don't need to create a new account. Just use your existing login details on the respective country’s website and add the new billing/shipping address located in the country you're now shopping from.
